Thank you for your interest in attending the first Kalachakra for World Peace to be held in the nation’s capital, Washington, DC.
What happens in Washington, DC, affects the rest of the world. Participating in this sacred ritual will generate the momentum for peace in a location of power; this will create an enormous opportunity to radiate harmony and goodwill throughout our world.
Our large venue allows generous room for everyone interested to attend. Tickets for all events at Verizon Center, including Kalachakra 2011, will be sold through Ticketmaster through the links shown below except Preferred Seating tickets for sponsors.
Tickets
Tickets are now on sale. We are happy to offer a number of ticket packages to meet your needs:

Information on the service fees set by Ticketmaster will be clearly provided on their site when you purchase your tickets.
You will also find information regarding discounts for groups such as seniors and children on the Ticketmaster site. Verizon Center's policy allows free admission for children who are three years old and younger, and can sit comfortably on an adult's lap.
Through the kindness of our Sponsors and donors, our tickets prices have been set as low as possible. Ticket prices for all 11 days will be $475; this amounts to just $43/day and is lower than the last Kalachakra held six years ago! We wish to acknowledge the generosity of our Sponsors and donors in achieving this.
Tickets - Will Call:
On July 5, we will offer early will-call pick up of tickets and badges for various groups. It will be held in the lobby of the main entrance of Verizon Center on F Street. This will be available for those who need badges and tickets in the following groups: Sangha, Sponsors, VIP’s, Scholarship Assistance, Guest Tickets, and Media.
Will-Call for those who purchased General Admission tickets through Ticketmaster will be open 10-5:30 on July 5. On following days, the will-call windows for all ticket categories, including Sangha, Sponsors, etc, will open one hour prior to the starting time of the event.

Instead, these days will be times of quiet reflection, observation, and meditation while His Holiness and the monks prepare for the teachings and Kalachakra rituals beginning on July 9. All are welcome to attend, but please be aware there will be very little by way of formal program on these days. |

Group Sales
Thank you to those who registered their group of 20 or more for the Kalachakra for World Peace 2011.
Registration for group sales ended on January 30th 2011. All registered groups who have made the full payment will be issued tickets shortly.

NOTE: When all tickets for those purchasing seats through for Groups Sales have been issued,
unsold seats will be returned to the inventory of seats available for general sale.
CAUTION: Extremely high ticket prices are now being charged by second-hand ticket retailers. We strongly urge you to avoid paying exorbitant prices unnecessarily. Please purchase your tickets through official sources only. You can find a wide range of seating through Ticketmaster, by becoming Sponsors, and/or through our website, www.Kalachakra2011.com.
